Wees Abraham currently serves as the VP of Operations for Shade Corporation ltd. (a Family Business) with over 12 years of Operational & Investment experience in Construction, Tech and Financial sectors. He has worked on restructuring and expanding the business by executing projects and investments globally. His deep operational experience allows him to effectively analyze and invest equity into private companies, including startups and turnarounds. His performance track record and global relationships give him access to substantial private equity investment opportunities.
In addition, he spearheads the establishment of a new Family Office to diversify investments, both geographically and asset class.
Outside of Shade, he serves on 4 Boards, manages his own VC firm (Elēkrŏn Ventures) and is a partner in Bright Stars Hedge Fund, a public equity investment fund.

Dan has been a green consultant and product developer/marketer since 1990. He’s worked with some of the largest international chemical, plastic, consumer products and textile firms in developing and bringing greener products to market, with clients including Disney, Coca-Cola, the ESPN networks, Al Gore's Climate Reality Project, TED Talks, Nissan and many more. He is also a partner in Madco3d, LLC, a sustainable large-scale 3D-concrete printing company led by a NYC architect.
Bernard was of the first people to market electric cars to the public—in 1991, long before it was so mainstream, along with other now-standard ideas. His environmental business was featured in two Associated Press stories, on the front page of the Wall Street Journal, by National Geographic and by many other media outlets.
His background is in invention, product development, publishing, design and marketing as well as creative business strategies, always with an eye toward environmental conservation and restoration.

Rohan K Jain is a Director at Human BioSciences, Inc., a Maryland based advanced woundcare technology company. He is responsible for the company's international expansion efforts as well as its new product development. He also advises the legal and operations teams.
Prior to working at HBS, Rohan was a capital markets attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP, a New York based global law firm. He received his Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering as well as his Master's in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins University. He received his MBA and his Doctorate in Law from New York University.
